Structure the observations

For each pipe section, fill the metadata (material, diameter, length, structures) once. For each defect: distance, video timecode, photo, water level, VSA severity.

Field labels are in English; the findings in this sample are in French — you are seeing the source report without AI translation. Every observation is rated on the VSA severity scale, from 0 (emergency) to 4 (good condition). Specta applies the colour code automatically in the editor and in the PDF report, and structures the pages in the format expected by your clients.
