Data controller
Teampsy Sàrl (contact details above) is the controller for personal data collected on these websites within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors located in the European Union, the GDPR may apply in parallel.
Data we collect
Contact form — name, company (optional), email address and your message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and managing the business relationship. Your enquiry is transmitted to us by email via our Swiss hosting provider and may be stored in our customer-relationship system, hosted in Switzerland. Retention: for the time needed to handle your enquiry, at most two years after the last exchange. A technical log of the submission (truncated, hashed fingerprint of the IP address, browser) is kept to protect against abuse.
Audience measurement — we use Matomo, self-hosted on our own server in Switzerland (matomo.dexo.ch), configured without cookies and with IP address anonymisation. Visit data (page views, referrer, device type) never leaves our infrastructure and is not shared with any third party. An internal page-view log (URL, referrer, browser, truncated and hashed IP address) complements this measurement.
Server logs — our hosting provider generates technical logs (IP address, requested resource, timestamp) for security and operations, kept for a limited period.
Cookies
These websites use no tracking or advertising cookies. A single technical session cookie is set when you submit the contact form (abuse protection); it expires when you close your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings without any notable loss of functionality.
Third-party services
No third-party service is embedded in these websites. Fonts are self-hosted on our own server: no data is transmitted to external providers when you visit.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or pass on your personal data to third parties, subject to legal obligations.
