What's new in this release:

Built-in help · an ⓘ next to the fields that need explaining, a "?" button that opens the help for the screen you are on, and a full help section with navigation and search.
The trade vocabulary explained · VSA severity, sections, structures, and what is frozen in a report and why.
In French, German and English, and available to your clients too.
Better reading on a phone · shared reports now display properly on mobile.

What's new in this release:

Client accounts · the people you share a report with can create their own account and find every report you have shared with them in one place, and nothing else.
Talk it over on the report · your clients can comment directly on the shared report (Essential plan and up), and you are notified of their replies by e-mail.
Internal or client-visible comments · team notes stay internal by default; tick "Visible to the client" to share the ones that should be shared.
Access under control · see who has access to each report and revoke one client without breaking everyone else's link.

What's new in this version:

E-mail notifications · get notified about new comments on your reports and about Specta news; enable it in "My account", unsubscribe in one click.
"What's new" in-app · a dedicated feed to follow the latest improvements.
Share management · revoke a permanent link, with created and last-accessed dates.
New Specta logo · on the login screen and on PDF reports without a logo.

Specta keeps getting better! Here are the main new features:

Reports in your brand · customise the colours, font and cover banner of your reports, and apply your visual identity to existing reports in one click.
Richer editor · insert and resize images in your text pages, and show connections with pictograms on the pipe diagram.
Improved pipe diagram · structures placed according to the inspection direction, with clearer rendering.
Self-service accounts · everyone manages their own profile, password, language and photo.
Clients and partners · full contact details (contact person, phone, e-mail, website).
Polished PDF export · reworked cover, observations kept on a single page where possible, and the file named after the report.
