What is new in this release:

Videos up to 250 MB — attach an inspection clip of up to 250 MB to a section: it goes up in pieces and is converted in the background, even on a slow connection, while you carry on working.
Report PDFs from one engine — every report is produced by the same engine, faster and more consistent from one report to the next.
Unsubscribe and password reset — a page to unsubscribe from Specta's e-mails, and a reworked password-reset flow, in your language.

What is new in this release:

New video feature: your section video, inside the report — attach the inspection clip to a section: it plays in the online report and in the link you share with your client, on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install. Specta converts the formats browsers cannot read on the way in — your robot's AVI, for instance.
Observations created from the video — pause the film on a defect: Specta takes the frame and prepares the observation, with the clip reference and timecode already filled in.
The PDF points back to the film — the section page carries the extracted still and a QR code: your client scans the printed sheet and lands straight on the video, at the right moment.
Faster exports, untouched photos — Specta keeps your original photos as they came; large reports export noticeably faster, and a bar shows where generation is, section by section.
Tables in your pages — insert a table by picking its size on a grid; AI pages use them to present the report's figures.

What is new in this release:

Annotate your photos and plans — line, arrow, box, ellipse, text and pasted images, in ten colours. Your original file is never modified: the drawing is a layer, and the original image can be restored at any time.
One page list — network plans and text pages in the same order — the one you choose.
Translate a report into German or English — not only the labels, but the findings, remarks and structure descriptions you typed. The report then reads in the reader's language, on screen and in the PDF, and your source text stays untouched. VSA vocabulary is imposed so it stays consistent from one report to the next.
Pages written by AI — write the instruction once; the page is composed for each report from that report's own observations. No client name or address is sent, and processing happens in Switzerland, at Infomaniak.

What is new in this release:

Plans straight from the map — search an address, frame the area, and the plan goes into the report. Topographic map, aerial photo or both, on swisstopo's official Swiss cartography.
Report a problem in one click, without leaving the application: the screen and browser are attached automatically.
Built-in contact form for anything that is not a technical problem.
Password reset by the organisation's administrator, for when e-mail is not an option.
Dashboard with weekly inspection volume and a map of where the team has been working.
PDF reports fully translated into German and English.

What's new in this release:

Built-in help — an ⓘ next to the fields that need explaining, a "?" button that opens the help for the screen you are on, and a full help section with navigation and search.
The trade vocabulary explained — VSA severity, sections, structures, and what is frozen in a report and why.
In French, German and English, and available to your clients too.
Better reading on a phone — shared reports now display properly on mobile.

What's new in this release:

Client accounts — the people you share a report with can create their own account and find every report you have shared with them in one place, and nothing else.
Talk it over on the report — your clients can comment directly on the shared report, and you are notified of their replies by e-mail.
Internal or client-visible comments — team notes stay internal by default; tick "Visible to the client" to share the ones that should be shared.
Access under control — see who has access to each report and revoke one client without breaking everyone else's link.

What's new in this version:

E-mail notifications — get notified about new comments on your reports and about Specta news; enable it in "My account", unsubscribe in one click.
"What's new" in-app — a dedicated feed to follow the latest improvements.
Share management — revoke a permanent link, with created and last-accessed dates.
New Specta logo — on the login screen and on PDF reports without a logo.

Specta keeps getting better! Here are the main new features:

Reports in your brand — customise the colours, font and cover banner of your reports, and apply your visual identity to existing reports in one click.
Richer editor — insert and resize images in your text pages, and show connections with pictograms on the pipe diagram.
Improved pipe diagram — structures placed according to the inspection direction, with clearer rendering.
Self-service accounts — everyone manages their own profile, password, language and photo.
Clients and partners — full contact details (contact person, phone, e-mail, website).
Polished PDF export — reworked cover, observations kept on a single page where possible, and the file named after the report.
