Back at the office, connect your camera or USB drive and import photos, videos, and clips. Specta organises the files by job and by pipe section.

Structure the observations

For each pipe section, fill the metadata (material, diameter, length, structures) once. For each defect: distance, video timecode, photo, water level, VSA severity.

Export the PDF

Multi-page, VSA-compliant, branded with your company's identity. Ready to send to your client or to the engineering firm.

VSA-compliant

Every observation is rated on the VSA severity scale, from 0 (emergency) to 4 (good condition). Specta applies the colour code automatically in the editor and in the PDF report, and structures the pages in the format expected by your clients.

Counterintuitive at first : a lower number means a more serious situation. That's the VSA convention — Specta follows it consistently across the interface and the exports.
